With over a decade of dedicated clinical experience in psychotherapy, I have worked extensively with individuals navigating the complex psychological impact of trauma. As a fully accredited counselor, my professional practice has focused in particular on the assessment and treatment of trauma arising from sexual violence and domestic violence, utilizing a specialist, trauma-informed psycho therapeutic approach.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Counseling and Psychotherapy and have developed a comprehensive understanding of the relational, emotional, and neuro-psychological dynamics associated with traumatic experiences. This enables me to deliver individualized, evidence-based interventions that are responsive to the specific needs and presentations of each client.
My therapeutic work integrates person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and psycho dynamic modalities, allowing for a collaborative and formulation-driven process. Through this work, I support clients in restoring a sense of safety and agency, processing traumatic experiences, and reshaping personal narratives in ways that strengthen resilience, meaning-making, and long-term psychological well-being.
